Хочу похвалить службу поддержку банка МКБ, удаленно помогли разрешить мою небольшую проблему. Хоть у банка онлайн-банкинг интуитивно понятный, но таки возникла загвоздка, как правильно погасить значимую сумму моего потребительского кредита. Не по графику, а досрочно! По телефону все на пальцах разъяснили, что и как, пошаговое так сказать руководство к действию. Действительно получила качественную консультацию.

Сколько раз был в этом отделении - всего один раз пришлось долго ждать своей очереди, было очень много посетителей. Обычно обслуживают быстро, все вопросы решают своевременно, что не понятно - объяснят. В общем - впечатления в целом приятные и о самом банке и о данном филиале.

На машине подъехать теперь. Так как поставили шлагбаум во дворах. Пусть хоть рядом сделают одно машино место для банка. Ужас, кучу времени потеряла
