Согласна со всеми отзывами, в основном нормальный, сплоченный коллектив, и очередей нет. Единственная головная боль этого банка это менеджер Кристина, человек будто не с людьми работает, а отходами, нам тоже навязали карту дебетовую для перевода, при чем , то же Кристина,не было просто времени ругаться. Старше данного менеджера Кристины в отделении никого не было(с ее слов, сама она была без бейджа) я понимаю конечно что планы надо выполнять и все такое, но впаривать и втюхивать, мне кажется это не для репутации серьезного банка, нужно качественно продавать, я б может и так не отказалась от карты, мне кредитная нужна была, но после заявлений Кристины, что перевод я могу получить только на новую дебетовую карту, понимая что это галимый развод, про кредитку и заикаться передумала, и так потеряла на годовом обслуживании. "Круглое существо" она или квадратное значение не имеет, имеет значение. что она не компетентна в своей должности абсолютно, и что мозгов у нее видимо совсем нет, раз планы в данном отделении выполняют за счет обмана и махинаций.
