Летом очень душно , ни одного кондиционера , работает 1 консультант. Очередь стабильно по 8-9 человек. Девушки сотрудницы очень приветливые , и доброжелательные. Есть неприятная история , пришел в банк оформить карту , где-то в 13:40 , это была суббота , оказалось что банк работает до 15:00. Передо мной было 2 человека(1 уже с сотрудником работал, другой просто сидел в очереди) , мужчина консультант был 1. Постепенно стали собираться люди , тоже в очередь к консультанту , я сидел и ждал , тем временем часы уже показывали 14:40(в это время только отпустили клиента , с которым работали еще до моего прихода) , и в это время молодой человек , вдруг решил оповестить о том , что они работают сегодня до 15:00 , и кто из людей по какому вопросу пришел. Услышав , что я хочу оформить карту ,и то что почти 2 часа я сижу и жду своей очереди , молодого человека не смутило , он сказал , что сегодня мы не успеем это сделать , приходите в следующий раз. Однако , женщина пришедшая после меня , которой якобы назначили встречу по телефону , уже "после закрытия рабочего дня" , но она пришла раньше , ее молодой человек решил принять. После такого "приёма" , посещать банк желание полностью отпадает. Неужели , ваш сотрудник не знает , сколько по времени занимает та или иная операция ? Он же видит что он не справляется , к нему очередь , у него клиент не обслуженный , можно же было и раньше уточнить , кто по какому вопросу хочет обратиться , очень ЗДОРОВО было сидеть 2 часа , в душном помещении , битком набитым людьми.
