С тех пор, как банк национализировали в конце 2018-го, отделение прошло в некоторое запустение. Но вполне нормально. Сейчас хорошо открывать там вклады - получите высокие процентные ставки комбанка в, фактически, госбанке. В конце 2018-го банкомат не брал купюры 200 и 2000. Но через кассу можно было пополнить карту без проблем. Компетентная и доброжелательная начальница отделения.

Плохой банк. Есть хорошие сотрудники,не спорю.НО можете нарваться на ужасных.В этом банке я не получил ни с первого ни со второго раза деньги наличными,т.к. начальство отсутствует в рабочее время в банке и не подписывает необходимые клиенту документы... приходится приходить по-нескольку раз. Подал заявление на перевыпуск карт.Прошло полтора месяца и женщина,которой отдал документы ...не знаю причины...короче мне ничего не оформила и карту даже не начали делать. Не рекомендую: на удивление неприятное обслуживание каждый второй раз.

Даже не знаю, как описать кратко... в общем первый раз пришла туда погасить частично досрочно кредит. Сотрудница банка заполнила заявление, я внесла деньги за 3 дня до даты гашения. Деньги должны были уйти в гашение в день платежа (по договору). Не ушли. Потом выяснили, что сотрудница поставила не ту дату. А следующий платёж - соответсвенно через месяц. И даже тогда бы они уже не ушли автоматически, нужно заново написать заявление. Случай два: опять пришла досрочно гасить кредит. Моих договоров система не показывала. Сотрудник не видел их. Разбирались очень долго с головным офисом. Как-то удалось погасить удаленно через центральный офис, а мои договоры тут так и не появились. Думаю проблема в их внутренней системе, ну и человеческий фактор тут частая причина недоразумений.
