Прекращаю сотрудничество с этим банком за отвратительное поведение его сотрудников по телефону, когда звонят клиенту. Им никто не давал право хамить, унижать, язвить и угрожать. Очень не советую связываться с этим банком.

Парковка всегда занята. Большинство служащих некомпетентны. А банк наживается на ситуациях, в которых пострадали клиенты по вине банковских сотрудников. Пришлось два раза платно менять Е-токен от интернет банка, только потому, что был запрос ЕГАИС. Потеряла 2000 рублей. Но банковская техническая служба поддержки ничем не помогла, какой в ней смысл? То же самое и с картами...
