Невозможно дозвонится до отделений, по общему бесплатному номеру операторы ничего не знают, ни какой информации у них нет, посылают в отделение, обратный звонок тоже заказать нельзя, потратила больше часа, так и не получилось дозвониться ни до них. Работа с клиентами отвратительная.

Отвратительное обслуживание. Чтобы попасть на приём к сотруднику необходимо ходить за ним по отделению. Работает 1! сотрудник.

Очень удобный банк. Пользуюсь с 2016 года. Есть удобные депозитные вклады под высокий процент. Очень хорошее взаимодействие с картами МИР, много банкоматов по всей стране. Отлично работает служба безопасности: пытался перевести большую сумму денег на счёт в другом банке, операция была заблокирована, буквально через 5 минут позвонил представитель службы безопасности и уточнил, действительно ли я пытаюсь совершить операцию. 10 из 10

Давно являюсь клиентом этого банка, с уверенностью могу сказать, он очень надежный и работает на высоком профессиональном уровне. Операционисты и консультанты всегда вежливы и приветливы, очень нравится работа личного кабинета на сайте, а еще больше мобильного приложения: переводы между счетами, оплата услуг разных итд- все очень быстро и совершенно не бывает сбоев. Количество банкоматов по городу не такое уж и большое, но в крупных местах есть везде и всегда заправлены. Очень профессионально работают специалисты горячей линии, обычно получаю вопросы на любой ответ.
