В пятницу 8 июня примерно в 15-30 посетила отделение банка для получения зарплатной карты. Просидела 10-15 минут никто не спросил по какому вопросу я хочу обратиться к операционистам, хотя за стеклом сидела работник банка, которая была своводна от клиентов. Когда освободилась операционистка, принимавшая клиента я обратилась к ней, однако она меня направила к свободному специалисту. "Зачем я сидела?" - в сердцах спросила я у работника банка, на что мне ответили а что же мол ВЫ молчали? Уважаемые сотрудники "МинБ" поучитесь работе с клиентами хотя бы у Сбербанка, там не успеешь войти у тебя несколько раз спросят по какому вопросу Вы хотите обратиться в банк.

10 лет там лежали мои денежки. Банк отличался неплохими процентами и приятными акциями. А больше всего мне нравились сотрудницы- немолодые и какие то домашние, заботливые. Сейчас банк изменился, снизились проценты, появились молодые операционистки, но он по прежнему немноголюдный, несуетливый и тебе уделяют много времени. Охрана очень любезна и совсем нестрашная)))
