Заказал 4 подоконника, на сумму 31т.р. Приехал замерщик, я его спрашиваю "на какой высоте будут подоконники от радиаторов отопления?", ответ чарующий "ваши условия не позволяют измерить эти расстояния...". УРОВЕНЬ ВОЗЬМИ И ПОМЕРЬ🤷‍♂️ Монтаж, определена дата и время, но ..., раздается звонок монтажника, когда я уже приехал на адрес в назначенное время, со словами "я освобожусь через час и еще час мне ехать...". Я не живу на этом адресе, у меня были спланированы другие дела, мне 2 часа ждать тебя 🤔 Звоню в call центр, а там стена, совсем не friendly: согласно договора перенос установки возможен до 3-х дней, от назначенной даты, а следующая установка возможна 10.01.22🧐🙆‍♂️ Дождался монтажника, обсудил способ монтажа, и в 21:00 получил фото выполненных работ, не в рамках наших договоренностей и с мешками смеси на подоконниках (а если бы этих мешков не было, он сам бы сел 🤔), интересная технология... Много лет пользовался услугами этой компании, но похоже, в этот раз, они пробили дно... История имеет продолжение. В связи с тем, что выпил в подоконнике был не согласован с заказчиком, т.е. со мной, исполнитель принял решение заменить подоконник, но вот незадача, звонит замерщик и сообщает, что "замена подоконника за его счет"🤔, интересно, зачем мне это❓ Далее, я решил проверить насколько ровно установлены подоконники и из 4 подоконников, 3 установлены не по уровню... Оформил по телефону претензию, посмотрим, что будет дальше 🧐

Окна, может и хорошие, а вот их монтаж — ужас. Летом установили окно, а зимой после ремонта промерз лед на подоконнике. Разобрали все, посмотрели, а там сквозные дыры на улицу через пеню. Само окно установлено не по уровню, отклонение 5мм.
