Здравствуйте! Мне отправляли телефон Айфон с США в июле 2019года. Телефон шёл 1,5 месяца, большую часть времени провёл на Российской таможне. Хотелось бы узнать почему за мою посылку столько денег содрали+ещё за доставку,в чём причина??!! Хотя человек,который высылал эту посылку всё оплатил и доставку, и + иншуринс на 1000 $(это страховка,чтобы с посылкой ничего не случилось),но вещь пришла с явными царапинами и разбитым стеклом. Я пришла на почту,чтобы получить посылку,а там вот такое, что даже посмотреть нельзя было в каком состоянии вещь. Потому что на посылке написано «без оплаты не выдавать». Пришлось ЕЩЁ РАЗ ОПЛАТИТЬ,чтобы открыть посылку. А когда платёж прошёл,посылку отдали,но было уже поздно. И оправлять обратно,тоже надо платить за неустойку. ВОТ,ЧТО ДЕЛАЕТ РУССКАЯ ТАМОЖНЯ!!! С людьми обращаются хуже,чем с собаками. Нельзя просто быть аккуратным с вещами и просто радоваться за других людей,а не завидовать! Теперь человек,который высылал этот ПОДАРОК 🎁, чувствует себя виноватым. Себя поставьте на его место,если бы вы подарили близкому человеку брак,как потом в глаза смотрели бы. Думаю не приятно было бы. Жаль тут фотографии нельзя приложить, а то так можно было показать. Но я отдельным файлом отправила фотографии.Ну ничего,я на почте сразу открывала, свидетели были. Либо вы возвращаете деньги за страховку 1000$ мирным путём,либо я подаю в суд и вы оплатите не только страховку,но и неустойку!
