Сотрудники некомпетентны. Пришла получить денежный перевод, он был сделан на загранпаспорт, попросили внутренний, это уже насторожило, ведь данные в переводе были указаны загран паспорта и они отличаются от данных внутреннего (серия, номер). Сотрудница начала просматривать весь паспорт, в том числе страницу с детьми, браком, прописку. Как это относится к переводу непонятно, ведь задача проверить действительно ли я получатель. Это насторожило ещё больше. После чего, мне отказали в получении, под предлогом того, что у меня на странице стоит штамп перелёта (пограничник ошибся и поставил во внутренний паспорт, а не в загран, перепутал). Я звонила, узнавала, действителен ли он, мне сказали да. Паспорт мой после этого был и в налоговой, и в аэропорту, везде его смотрели и все было хорошо. Но тут мне сказали, что я из-за этого штампа не могу получить перевод. Я пыталась объяснить, что перевод сделан вообще на другой паспорт, вводили другие данные. На что сотрудница пыталась доказать, что это невозможно и так нельзя сделать перевод. Данных внутреннего паспорта у переводчика даже не было. Но сотрудница стоит и доказывает обратное. Поняла, что разговор бессмысленно продолжать и ушла. Крайне некомпетентные сотрудники. Как решают более серьезные вопросы, страшно представить.
