Здравствуйте, уважаемый я не доволен Вашим водителем троллейбуса, после дтп. Разве можно у человека взять подпись на вторые сутки в шоковом состоянии после перелома поясничной области позвоночника. Водитель не оказывает не какой моральной и материальной помощи, не звонит, не спрашивает о состоянии больной, не поднимает телефонные звонки. Разве Вы так обращаетесь с гражданами других стран. Мы очень огорчены.
