Очень испортился клуб....полы в зале набухли (понятно, что залили), но паркет уже весь скрипит и в царапинах…в душ невозможно зайти, на потолке грибок, лейки старые уже черные — не меняют, вода в душе в поддоне стоит…как после кого то заходить в стоячую воду? Хаммам по ощущениям в слизи...........стали приходить смс не от клуба, а с посторонних номеров с предложением СПА процедур при данном клубе, куда смотрит руководство? Антисанитария… Для своих клиентов так же как и для новых — цены тол ько поднимаются, а качество....увы… – показать

Полностью согласна!Хожу в клуб третий год.Поменялись учредители,но это никаким образом не отразилось на качестве и сервисе.Сделали косметический ремонт,но стоки в душе так и не работают,полы возле бассейна совершенно не обрабатывают антисептиками.Хамам работает через день,провода закреплённые изолентой висят вдоль стен.Закупили дешевые полотенца,количество которых постостоянно ограничено для клиента.Фены закупили самые дешёвые,портят волосы при сушке.Руководство клуба работает над количеством по сетителей,а не качеством услуг! – показать
