Добрый день! Мне как ветерану труда оформлена льгота 50% от 70 Квт ежемесячно, но в действительности в квитанциях мне выставляют льготу на 3-4 рубля меньшую. В личном кабинете я дважды писал обращение с просьбой объяснить причину уменьшения суммы льготы (09.04.13 и 21.04.13). Никаких ответов не дождался. Несколько раз с большим трудом удалось дозвониться до оператора контактного центра (14.05.13 - Евгения, 13.06.13 - Олеся, 26.06.13 - Анастасия). Только извиняются и обещают через 3 дня прислать ответ. Последний раз, правда, заявили, что 15.06.13 ответ мне был отправлен. Но я его не получал. На просьбу сообщить фамилию руководителя конт.центра мне заявили, что по телефону не сообщают, а я должен писать заявку также через личный кабинет(видимо, чтобы также оставить без ответа). Работа контактного центра оставляет глубокое разочарование. С уважением, Дмитрий Анатольевич.

Электронная очередь. Минимальное время ожидания. Квалифицированный и доброжелательный персонал. Всё очень быстро и чётко. Решение моего вопроса заняло минут 5. Чисто, светло.

Очереди по 20-25 человек. В самый пик сотрудницы уходят покурить и им плевать на то, что люди ждут. Оценку поднял до 2* лишь по причине качественного обслуживания в окнах
