вот уже который месяц получаем счета с якобы задолженностью. на самом деле мы платим строго по счетчику. в течении нескольких дней не можем дозвониться, хотя звоним постоянно сменяя друг друга, очень сомнительно что телефон вообще не бывает свободен. мы тоже все работаем и нет времени ходить и разбираться почему выставляют задолженности. необходимо наладить нормальную связь с клиентами, чтоб хотя бы такие вопросы можно было решить по телефону

Звоню два дня, переодически с работы, возмущена той задолжностью которую выставили на оплату, оплата произведена 22.12.12г, с полным погашением задолженности, вчера вновь получила извещение о той же задолженности.Почему на вашем сайте нельзя пообщаться с сотрудником вашей компании,очевидно для вас компьтер недоступен или по цене, или по незнанию ваших сотрудников общения через компьютер.Мой лицевой счет72254 069 27 И все таки, с уважением к вам Вера Николаевна.

Хочу поделиться впечатлением после посещения офиса Мосэнергосбыта. Чисто, электронная очередь по талонам. Особая благодарность работнику Романовой Анастасии за решение вопроса. Очень вежливый, внимательный и добрый сотрудник, сразу поняла суть вопроса, и все сделала быстро. Спасибо большое!

Позвонила узнать про льготу по оплате. Ответ, мягко говоря, был практически "на отвали". Да, сервису Мосэнерго ой как далеко до нормы. И ведь управы на хамоа не найдёшь.! Они даже не представляются

Вопрос, с которым я обратилась в эт отделение Мосэнергосбыта был решен оперативно. Оператор был вежлив и квалифицировано ответил на все мои ответы. Людей приходит в это отделение много, но есть электронная очередь, два зала для ожидания, достаточно стульев. Поэтому считаю, что офис и персонал работает очень хорошо.
