Просто"замечательный" сервис. После их первого ремонта по страховому случаю, смартфон Asus уже 3-ий раз ломается, а ремонты длятся более полутора месяцев. Вот он, показатель "запчастей от официальных поставщиков" и профессионализма мастеров. Если не умеют чинить устройства других брендов, кроме "яблок", зачем вообще сотрудничать со страховыми компаниями...

Вы так любите отвечать на отзывы. Попробуйте и мне разложить по полочкам. Вынужденно обратилась к вам, потому что ремонт по страховому полису. После диагностики "нашли" скол на корпусе, проблемы с фронтальной камерой, замену стекла. Из всех претензий было только стекло. Корпус без чехла видели только продавцы в день покупки и ваш курьер в день передачи устройства на ремонт. Долго пыталась что-то прояснить из диагностической карты, которую отправляли в страховую на согласование ремонта. Плюнула. Оплатила франшизу. Обратилась к менеджерам с просьбой указать в моем заказ - наряде на ремонт, что мне нужна 1.копия диагностической карты, которую предоставляли в страховую 2.снятые з/ч с моего телефона, которые меняют. 3. Документы(копии, заверенные печатью) о том, что детали, установленные на мой телефон являются оригинальными, с указанием серийных номеров. Ни реакции, ни менеджеров. НИКОГО. Звоню оператору. Объясняю, что есть претензии по качеству обслуживания - менеджеры отсутствуют и не перезванивают. Спрашиваю-как выйти на руководителя - устно, письменно, лично? Никак. Она не владеет информацией. Кто владеет-она тоже не в курсе. В сбере автоматический оператор Елена эрудированнее вашей Екатерины. Очень надеюсь, что мой отзыв хоть как-то поспособствует решению моей проблемы. На худой случай, обходите стороной этот е. Яблочный случай. Тем более, если речь не идёт о гарантии или страховке.
