Вызывали травить насекомых. Заказывали полную комплексную чистку с двойной концентрацией препарата. Пришёл молодой специалист, в защитной одежде, провёл инструктаж, сделал чистку. Сказал, что нужно через две недели повторно обратиться для нового выезда, т. к. с первого раза в нашей ситуации ничего не получится. Обратились, назначили дату выезда. За день позвонили, сказали, что не смогут подъехать и нужно перенести на другую дату. А на другую дату вообще никак не получалось. Тем более, что две недели прошли и затягивать дольше невозможно. Пришлось обратиться в другую организацию, т. к. срок был критичен. Крайне отвратительное отношение к повторным клиентам. А ведь собирались ещё обращаться, и не раз. Да, всё так плохо в квартире.

Общалась с сотрудником Мосэкосервис на их официальном сайте http://mosecoservice.ru посредством чата. Во-первых, со мной даже не поздоровались. Я уточняла цены на дезинсекцию помещения площадью 90-100 кв.м. На сайте указана цена за разовую обработку помещения площадью 100 кв.м. - 37 руб.за метр. Мне озвучили цену 9 800 руб.!!! Я спрашиваю почему так, мне сообщили, что площадь меньше, значит цена значительно выше. 100 кв.м. - 3700 руб, 90 кв.м. - 9 800 руб. Далее послали меня искать в другом месте, раз я не шарю, что к чему. Далее пошло натуральное хамство. Я такого сервиса не видела еще нигде. Все скрины диалога у меня есть. Вот пример одного из сообщений от сотрудника этой фирмы: "если бы у вас площадь была 10м2, думаете мы к вам поехали бы за 300 рублей?"

Отлично справляются со своей работой. Клопов вывели с первого раза . До этого другая организация приезжала клопы так и не были уничтожены доконца.
