23.02.2020 были с мужем в данном кинотеатре. Сложилось так, что для меня 23 февраля, не только День Защитника Отечества, но и мой День рождения. Хотела воспользоваться услугой, как бесплатный билет для именинника (это не название услуги, а её смысл)). Про данную акцию, мне рассказала сотрудница кафе-бара и подсказала, что необходимо обратиться к администратору. Подойдя к стойке, на которой обозначено рабочее место администратора соответствующей табличкой «АДМИНИСТРАТОР» данного сотрудника я не о бнаружила, подождав минут 7—10, мы купили билеты на 13—10 и 15.00, а так как до сеанса у нас ещё было время, пошли погулять по ТЦ. Администратора мы не увидели ни перед сеансом, ни между, ни после. Знаете и дело даже не в потраченной сумме на билеты, а в самом отношении данного сотрудника. Ведь все акции, услуги, продумывает, просчитывает и разрабатывает целый коллектив. Очень обидно, что весьма масштабный труд команды, превращается в нечто, из-за таких сотрудников!!! – показать

Нормальный кинотеатр, кстати самый любимый в городе.Часто туда хожу, во-первых бывают классные скидки в определённые дни.Билеты и за 200 и за 300 рублей на премьеры можно найти.А во-вторых очень красивый и попкорн отличный.
