Ранее я составляла отзыв, что после посещения кинотеатра, приходится идти через весь тц, чтобы сделать продление на парковку бесплатной.👎👎👎 Сам же кинотеатр не плохой.

Ужасное отношение в кассе. Пришли с дочкой на мультфильм. Я для дочки попросила попкорн, при этом не сказала с каким вкусом. Подумала, что видят, что для ребёнка, при них спрашивала у дочки. Отошли на пять шагов, я поняла, что он соленый, тут же вернулась, но ждать, когда подойдёт администратор Александр, не могли уже шёл сеанс. Я оставила пакет с попкорном прям на кассе девушке и ушла с ребёнком. После сеанса я подошла к девушке кассиру, она успокоила, что все разрешиться. Подошёл этот са мый администратор Александр и сказал, что ни деньги ни товар не возвращается и мы сами виноваты, что перед ребёнком был представлен именно соленый попкорн на витрине. И самое смешное он предложил нам забрать наш попкорн, НО при этом он уже был подъеден ими!! Произошло это только что. Поели сами же покорна за наши деньги. И нам же его и предложили к возврату. Прям фууу! – показать

Сами виноваты. Мой ребёнок любит соленый например. Откуда они знают какой вам нужен.

Произошла эвакуация в ТЦ «Кунцево плаза» 21.10.17. Билеты нам вернула (ели-ели), еду никто не собирается возвращать, даже не выслушив, что потратили на неё довольно крупную сумму. По вине торгового центра, мы потеряли просто так более 700 рублей. Обслуживание отвратное.
