3 года уже прошло, а комплекс так и не обустроили. Он полупустой. Пыль, грязь. Менеджеры готовы на все, чтобы продать вам квартиру. Есть куда более приятные варианты ближе к центру, а не д черту на куличиках.

Расскажите, что могло быть лучше - пишет 2Гис. Да всё здесь могло быть лучше! Начиная от плесени, которые начали покрываться стены, а менеджеры не замечают и продолжают красиво лить вам в уши. А чего было ждать от застройщика с подобной репутацией? Личность всем известного господина Скворцова весьма и весьма мутная. Если хотите по-настоящему элитную квартиру, можете посмотреть тот же Статус. Комплекс супер!
