После заказа, понимаешь, что отрицательные отзывы в отношении мун-трейда- это не конкуренты, а реальные покупатели. Заказывал кровать+ матрас 57 т., при заказе отметив о необходимости сборки кровати, что отражено в договоре. Привезли все грязное, в порванной упаковке, через которую обнаружены на металлическом основании кровати повсеместные царапины, в местах сварочных швов «пробелы». Далее, отказались от сборки кровати игнорируя договор и ссылаюсь на внутренние документы. В процессе выяснялось, что при организации доставки, во внутренней документации не верно сформировали заказ, не указали сборку. Каркас не принял. Обещали все исправить, заменить каркас, прислать сборщиков в течении 3-ех дней. В итоге, пообещали заменить кровать к следующим выходным. На выходных никто не звонил и не приезжал. В качестве обоснования сообщили, что они заказали кровать у сторонней организации (отсылка к хваленному собственному производству) и они ее не привезли. Прошло три недели, запчасти от кровати так лежат в квартире, что доставляет значительные затруднения при перемещении по комнате в которой лежать элементы кровати (возможно, сотрудники считают, что одна из комнат в моей квартире- это филиал склада мун-трейд). По итогу отмечу, лучше доплатив, заказать в серьезной организации мебель, чем в этой за ваши деньги над вами поиздеваются. С учетом того, что кровать как товар, по истечению всех обещанных сроков отсутствует, матрас ещё даже вскрывался от пленки. Не удивлюсь, беря во внимание качество кровати, если он окажется наполнен какими-нибудь опилками.
