12.12.2019 полностью оплатил кровать в этом салоне - сказали, что при полной оплате доставка будет 22 декабря. В назначенный день никто не позвонил, после моего звонка оказалось, что доставка может быть только 28го, я попросил перенести на 29е - сказали "да ок, будет 29го". 29го числа тоже никто не позвонил и ничего не привез. В итоге два дня сидел их ждал впустую. Теперь обещают доставку в новом году)) В общем тут даже не одна звезда, а просто ноль. Делайте выводы...

Интернет магазин работает из рук вон плохо. Когда заказ принимают - все хорошо, да, да, да, примерный срок исполнения заказа 2-3 недели и тд. Через три недели начинается песня - в срок не изготовим, еще две три недели. Доставка ДОРОГАЯ, прилично дорогая. По телефону постоянная ложь о сроках - изготовления, доставки, сборки. Сегодня звоню - говорят стоит срок на послезавтра, на след. день звоню - сроки опять сдвигаются на день-два, БЕЗ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЯ, БЕЗ СОГЛАСОВАНИЯ. Так один рабочий день мной был проведен не на работе, а дома в ожидании доставки... Время доставки не оговаривают - целый день ждите, если хотите оговорить хотя бы какой то временной отрезок - платите доп. деньги. Ответственных нет, добиться не то что бы разговора с лицом, принимающим решения, а даже фамилии человека, отвечающего на тел. звонок нельзя - не признаются даже под пытками (Таня, Ваня и все...) Теперь об ассортименте "магазина". В магазине только часть товара собственного производства. К ним вопросов нет - это см отзывы о компании Живые Диваны (ТМ Moon). Все остальное - с миру по нитке, в т. ч. дешевые ОЧЕНЬ НЕКАЧЕСТВЕННЫЕ изделия типа столлайна, впариваемые по красивым картинкам с заверениями о чудесности товара (например, один шкаф был очень хорошего качества в своем ценовом сегменте, а полка навесная просто самое дешманское г..., которое потеряло товарный вид уже в процессе сборки). Нигде информации о производителе нет, операторы тоже ее скрывают. От том, кто и как сделал заказанное, клиент узнает уже по факту покупки-доставки.
