Приобрели серебристый пуховик.В первый же день после получасовой прогулки на нем образовались крупные пятна, как будто от жира. Понесли разбираться. В Мондиале обвинили нас, что пятна, якобы, по нашей вине.После химчистки, куда пуховик пришлось нести, пятна исчезли. Но буквально через пару дней стали появляться аналогичные новые, в различных местах.С таким отношением к контролю качества и покупателям, вряд ли туда пойдём снова. Кстати пуховик начал и по швам расходится, так что надолго ег о точно не хватит. – показать

Подарили мне скидку в Мондиаль на обувь, до этого не посещала этот салон. Пришли с мужем, с коляской(доча в ней спала).Изначально к нам вообще ни кто не подошел. Продавщицы трое стояли не далеко от нас и шептались. мы походили посмотрели сапожки, их там очень мало.Потом попросили мой размер сапожек, она не довольным голосом сказала типа у вас нога широкая они вам не подойдут, и молчит. Я специально попросила другие которые безформенные, широкие, она говорит у нас все сапоги узкие… я сказала в се равно принесите, она ушла, через минуту пришла говорит нету вашего размера и ушла. Потом я спросила все ли сумки в такой ценовой категории 12—15т.р., она сказала да, я посмотрела дальше и увидела сумки за 7900. Выходя нам очень скверно посмотрели вслед. НАМ были видимо не очень рады в этом салоне. Я была в шоке от такого отношения!!! Видимо считают нужным работать только с толстыми кошельками. Хотя сапожки там я себе хотела купить.Больше туда не ного! ОтВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ отношение к клиентам – показать
