Клуб Монастик -оригинальное заведение. Занятия в небольших группах, под ритмичную музыку. Проводят тренеры -приятные доброжелательные девушки. Необычность в том, что за полчаса ты в темпе занимаешься на тренажерах и двигаешься под музыку. Такое идеальное сочетание силовых нагрузок и кардио. И еще там есть необычное сооружение для растяжек после занятий. Все проходит быстро, но нагрузка ощутимая. Советую пройти пробное занятие. В клубе также есть массажист, хамам. Соляная пещера и т.п. Можно заниматься танцами.

Хорошее местечко, ходим с женой периодически в хамам, когда не уезжаем на дачу!

Был в Вулканическом хаммаме , за 40 мин. Весь напряг снял, рабочего дня как не бывало, а после ещё на массаж лёг на аппарат в атмосферной комнате с солью, отключился. Приветливые специалисты, и в целом стильный ремонт. Четыре звезды, Совершенству нет предела, есть всегда куда расти и нет фитнес зоны для мужчин.

Занимаюсь в клубе почти полгода.Крючки в душевой,часы в зале и при входе в клуб,зеркало в раздевалке повесили.Появилось много дополнительных услуг,клуб развивается и нравится всё больше!Тренировка под современную музыку и всегда под наблюдением тренера,что радует!Тренеры отзывчивые и дружелюбные,приятно общаться!Сняла одну звезду за то,что всё же для пенсионеров абонемент дороговат,но буду экономить,чтобы купить абонемент на следующие полгода!Не могу расстаться с этим клубом,привыкла к нему и после тренировки и массажа очень улучшается настроение, да и фигура,кстати!
