В установленный срок не можем забрать паспорт гражданина РФ!!!Сказали: «ваш паспорт будет готов 28 ого числа !!!» Но нет !!! Не готов из-за этой неорганизованности не можем закончить наши дела !!!!Отвратительно !!Разочарован!!! И самое главное подача заявления была по месту прописки !!!!

Очень сильно тупят работники, не знают простых вещей и не могут выполнить свои обязанности. И ещё одно, пытаются уложиться в 15 минут (так как за большее время ожидания полагается кофе ), при этом не успевают выполнить данную задачу и приглашают следующего клиента (стандартная фраза: "Я вас позову" ) . В итоге столпотворение у окна и полная неразбериха. P.S кофе свой вы никогда не получите
