26 декабря 2018г. в районе 17.30 во всём доме по адресу ул. Пестеля д.6 пропало гвс, из крана шла вода температурой не более 26 градусов. Диспетчер УК ДЭЗ Отрадное по телефону сказала, что это проблемы на теплотрассе и МОЭК занимается ремонтом. Диспетчер горячей линии МОЭК, в свою очередь, сказала, что у неё на онлайн-карте видно, что к дому подходит горячая вода температурой 63 градуса, и никакого обращения из УК по данному адресу не поступало. Через два часа другой оператор МОЭК признала, что неисправность есть, но к дому подходит другая (дублирующая) труба с горячей водой, что по факту оказалось неправдой, т.к. реально труба одна. По итогу: горячую воду дали 29.12.18 в районе 22-х часов, т.е. без гвс мы сидели больше трёх суток, что является прямым нарушением Правил и норм технической эксплуатации жилищного фонда в соответствии с которым устранение нарушений горячего водоснабжения должно производиться немедленно аварийными службами.

В доме ПР.Шокальского№ 31 кор.2 года назад провели поверку общедомового счетчика горячей воды.В настоящее время при снятии показаний ,счётчик показывает вместо 24ч. работы 22ч.в день и каждый день он не дорабатывает 2 часа Так в течении месяца набирается много часов. За это МОЭК выставляет отдельную плату. Просим проверить общедомовой электросчётчик. Председ ЖСК Г.Ф. Денисенко 04.12.2018
