К доброжелательности персонала вопросов нет, но очень сильно испортило впечатление то, что принимающая нас медсестра была в испачканных перчатках, которые не сменила ни когда брала кровь у 3 моих детей, ни у меня. Причем в этих же перчатках она была и в тот момент, когда мы только к ней пришли. Понимаю, что можно помыть руки будучи в перчатках, но работая в мед.учреждении, с большим потоком людей, стоит соблюдать хотя бы минимальные меры безопасности и гигиены. Тем более оказывая такого рода услуги, которые, к слову, не бесплатны. Это заметно испортило впечатление о клинике, и в следующий раз и сама, пожалуй, отправлюсь в место где точно буду уверена в чистоте и стерильности, и другим буду советовать то же самое.

Здравствуйте, Людмила! Забор крови у нас производится закрытой системой (пробирки вакутайнеры). Медсестра контакта с биоматериалом не имеет. Одела перчатки, когда ей принесли ваше направление и обработала их антисептиком (отсюда вид мокрых перчаток, который вам кажется испачканным). Перчатки нужны медицинскому работнику. Это мера профилактики от заражения кровью пациента. Для пациента мера профилактики от заражения - это протирания места взятия спиртом и одноразовой иглой. Только нарушения этих мер, может привести к заражению. Всего доброго
