Уважаемый Сергей, Вы отказались одеть маску, а отказ в обслуживании клиента, не пожелавшему одеть защитную маску, при приеме заказа — это не грубость. Правила работы ателье регламентированы Распоряжением 41-р от 29.05.2020 (Об утверждении стандарта по организации работы предприятий и организаций в сфере услуг при ОЧНОМ ПРИСУТСТВИИ ГРАЖДАНИНА в целях недопущения распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции) подписанным Заместителем Председателя Правительства МО Хромовым В. В. А вот именно Ваше п оведение в ателье можно расценить как грубое и безответственное. Будьте здоровы, берегите себя и своих близких! – показать

Вы можете писать и говорить всё,что вам угодно. Ситуация выглядела совсем по другому. Нашли конечно ателье другое (благо их много). Сделали всё без вопросов и дешевле.

Обратилась с просьбой починить куртку (сделать нашивку на месте дырочки), обещали прострочить, а по факту получила свою вещь испачканную в клею. После моего замечания клей оттерли и вроде бы ничего, до тех пор пока через несколько дней в бок не воткнулась булавка! Она каким то образом попала под подкладку!

Отдавали в ремонт курточку,для замены молнии и ремонта порыва на спине. Девочки мастера своего дела. Сделали все профессионально. Молния лучше чем была. А порыв, сделали заплатку совсем незаметно. Спасибо огромное.
