Хожу в отдел в Новоалтайске Каждый день т.к рядом работаю Девочки консультанты и кассиры всегда подскажут и помогут с выбором Помогают носить корзинку) Если нужно что-то заказать ,всегда заказывают и звонят по приходу) Очень довольна обслуживанием😍

Была у вас на днях. При входе в магазин никто не поздоровался. Был только один консультант и то занимался своими делами. Хотела приобрести плойку babyliss pro, сразу уточнила, что с витрины брать не намерена. Консультант это пропустила мимо ушей и предложила проверить (что именно не уточнила). Я подумала она проверит в каком вашем отделе есть не витринный образец (она хотела проверить работу витринной плойки) . Я спросила можно ли заказать доставку из другого отдела, на что она сказала, что вам так же привезут витринный образец, езжайте сами. Ладно. Решила купить кондиционер для волос, всё это время (пока выясняли про плойку) он стоял на кассе и я рядом. В итоге кассир сначала рассчитал одну женщину. Начала рассчитывать следующую, я ей сделала замечание, что я тут вообще то первая стояла,а вы рассчитали уже двух людей за мной, на что она не обратила внимания и продолжила рассчитывать женщину за мной. Я развернулась и ушла. Обслуживание ужасное!!! Лучше до Барнаула доеду, чем сюда ещё раз пойду! Отдел на Анатолия намного лучше.
