Связью МТС пользовалась больше года, всю семью перевели на данного оператора, очень много выгодных предложений, траты на связь минимальны! Осенью ни раз столкнулась с проблемой списание со счета сумм в несколько сотен рублей. Сначала не обратила на это внимания! При очередном списании со счета, набрала оператора, который объяснил, что списания произошли из-за выхода в интернет через другую точку доступа!!! У меня подключен безлимитный интернет и кроме определенных сайтов, посещающих каждый день, я никуда не захожу! Оператор посоветовала проверить настройки телефона, отправила для верности свои! Настроив телефон заново, через небольшой промежуток времени с моего счета списывается сумма около тысячи рублей....Звоню оператору-ответ всё тот же-выход в интернет через другую точку доступа. То ли я сошла с ума и забыла, как пользоваться интернетом или нажимать нужные кнопки, то ли .....оператор связи решил на мне немного подзаработать!!! Вообщем, отключила интернет, выкинула симкарту, жду письма от МТС с просьбой оплатить долг!!! Но платить не собираюсь, зная, что правды не найдешь, вины не докажешь, но своих кровный в очередной раз не отдам!
