По неосторожности уронила свой телефон и чего и стоило ожидать у меня разбился дисплей. Сервисный мне подсказал мой папа , который ремонтировал рабочий ноутбук. я позвонила по телефону в колл-центре мне ответила девушка , нашла ближайший сервисный центр ко мне , я оставила заявку на ремонт, в этот же день приехала, и вуаля, уже через 1.5 часа мой телефон был как новый. Очень благодарю вас, спасибо большое . Сервис на Домодедово)) я очень довольна . Теперь я знаю куда если что мне обращаться !

Через поисковик наткнулся на сайт данной конторы. Моя проблема заключается в следующем - в планшете Microsoft Surface есть отдельная клавиатура Microsoft Surface Type Cover, на которой в моём случае выпала клавиша Shift. Сам механизм на месте (видно на фото). Оператор сообщил мне, что компания Mobi03 занимается ремонтом данных планшетов и при необходимости возьмут искомую клавишу с донора. Приехав в указанную точку, мне сообщили, что ремонтом таких вещей они не занимаются и могут только полностью заменить клавиатуру. К слову сказать, клавиатура - это отдельный товар который присоединяется к планшету магнитом, то есть суть предложенной замены - просто продажа мне новой клавиатуры. На мой вопрос почему меня ввели в заблуждение, при этом озвучив стоимость ремонта "около 500 рублей", мне сказали "хотите я перед Вами извинюсь" и "я могу позвонить и вынести мозг оператору, но ситуация не изменится". Таким образом компании лишь бы завлечь, а потом можно раскручивать клиента как заблагорассудится. Смысл откровенно врать операторам? Я пришёл, обещанной помощи я не получил. Зачем обещать заведомо то, чего не можете сделать? О своём визите оставил отзыв в книге отзывов и предложений и на этом сайте отзыв о данной компании будет не единственный - заслужили получайте.
