Данный отзыв пишу не как вечно недовольный клиент-мозгоклюй а как человек много лет работающий в сфере обслуживания и знающий как должен работать сервис. Нашёл их на просторе интернета. Посмотрел оценки и отзывы. На Яндексе по отзывам клиентов стоит 4,1, одна из самых высоких. Записался через сайт, с утра позвонил манагер и мы с ним хорошо пообщались. Он сказал что нужно подъехать в мастерскую на Войковской, там мастер всё посмотрит и сделает в течение дня. На вопрос о наличии запчастей и сроках ремонта, дал положительный ответ и гарантировал ремонт в течении дня. Стоимость работ с запасными частями объявил примерно 3500 руб. Приехал я туда в начале рабочего дня. У входа меня встретили пара молодых людей вышедших покурить. Оди из них оказался приёмщиком в данной мастерской, он мне и поведал о том, что такие работы у них за один день не делают и займёт это 2-3 дня и стоимость они мне скажут только после того как разберут аппарат (Olympus E3) и посмотрят что за затвор установлен на этом аппарате. У них нет даже информации о том что они ремонтируют. А за то, чтобы установить на объектив "мыльницы" Canon G5X защитные шторки, мне объявили 2000 руб. Вот эту работу они гарантировали сделать в течении дня. Для понимания что это за объём работы - двумя пальцами снимается декоративный колпачок с объектива, на две оси (два штырька на крайнем ободке объектива) одеваются по 3 пластинки, на 2 из которых цепляются пружинки. Декоративная крышечка одевается. И за это 2000 руб и день работы... Заманивают людей любыми способами в расчёте на то, что если клиент уже приехал то никуда не денется и сдаст свои гаджеты в ремонт.

По телефону была объявлена одна сумма за ремонт книги. Привез, оставил . Через 3 дня перезвонили и озвучили другую сумму.
