Прекрасное и вежливое обслуживание Достоинства: Вежливо Быстро Профессионально Недостатки: Не нашла Как же здорово стало жить в столице за последние годы. Это удивительным образом сказалось и на предоставлении госуслуг. Причём хочется отдельно отметить - походу города в целом) Работаю в центре, живу на окраине, решила попробовать обратиться в МФЦ Замоскворечье, ближе всего. В документах особо не разбираюсь, а от друзей часто слышала: « просто приди и скажи что нужно, они все скажут». Оказалось так и есть) Пришла, озвучила проблему, все подробно рассказали, объяснили, сфоткали. Девушка на ресепшн с милой искренней улыбкой проконсультировала по терминалу оплаты. Вообщем времена меняются!) Я в полном восторге!

Богадельня , совок , отвратительная организация работы Достоинства: Их нет Недостатки: Все вышесказанное Приехал подать документы на выдачу охот билета, из 6 окон работает только Одно!!! И то принимает документы по всем категориям!!!! Более отвратительной организации работы не встречал. Персонал относится хамски, просьбы приобщить к производственному процессу ещё сотрудников, которые должны быть на рабочих местах, вызвало негодование.
