Безобразие! Вы даже на каплю не оправдываете свой лозунг «мебельная компания #1 в России». Качество вашей мебели оставляет желать лучшего. Приобрели угловой диван «Атланта» за 13 тыс. в г. Северске. Доставка дивана не соответсвует гарантии привоза в любое удобное для нас время. Привезли диван - визуально все было нормально. Однако при детальном осмотре, а точнее при сборке дивана на месте, поразило то, что все соединительные детали прибиты на скобы. Как так вообще, вы что экономите на шурупах???? Все скобы косо прибиты!!! Причём фанера троечка, материал задней обивки прибит безобразно, скобами на большом расстояние друг от друга. Вы что по объявлению набираете персонал?? Стяжная планка между боковинами основного дивана тоже прибита на скобы и имеет толщину 3 мм, а выдвижной механизм сделан из метала полуторки, и, думаю он долго не проживёт. Он хлипкий!!! К тому же стяжная планка выдвижного механизма тоже сделана из фанеры 3 мм, которая гнётся при легком касании. Так вот, после того, как его собрали в одной комнате, а потом переносили в другую, диван разобрался и скрепления отлетели. В итоге придётся самостоятельно модернизировать и усиливать конструкцию. Есть фото, но ваш «прекрасный» сайт не позволяет их выложить, чтобы все увидели, какие вы «молодцы» и «первая мебельная компания в России». Позорище. Я хотела написать отзыв ВКонтакте, но у вас личные сообщения закрыты, обсуждений нет, и даже комментарии закрыты. Вы в совремнном мире живете? Знаете, что такое коммуникация с потребителем? Учитесь делать мебель, либо найдите другой сегмент рынка!
