Записался на ЭЭГ на 18 30,приехал в 18 25, заранее позвонил сказал, что могу опаздать. Сказал ничего страшного, приезжайте. Приехал, простоял в очереди 15 минут, отказались принимать, сказали опаздал. Ехал из за города. Записывался платно. Отвратительно!!!

Доброго дня! Приносим свои извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию, но из-за большой записи в тот день на ЭЭГ мы не смогли найти возможность все-таки Вас принять из-за опоздания. Обследование достаточно сложное и времязатратное, поэтому это сильно сказалось бы на приёме других пациентов. Мы заранее предупреждаем пациентов, чтобы они приезжали минут на 15—20 до начала диагностики. Не надо было тогда по телефону говорить, что бы приезжал, когда я сказал что могу задержаться на 5 минут!!! В вашу клинику больше нет желания идти!

Делала МРТ на Базарной. Осталась очень довольна. Нужно было сделать быстро, поэтому при записи на обследование администаторы помогли, записали на утро следующего дня. Дозвонилась сразу, очень вежливые операторы. В самом центре тоже не возникло проблем, пришла я к своему времени, очереди не было. Мрт проходила около 15 минут, потом минут через 20 отдали результаты. Врач все подробно объяснил, дал рекомендации.Большое спасибо МЛЦ за качественную диагностику!
