Не раз обращался в это центральное отделение(!) и всегда очень медленная работа. При работе с одним клиентом, зачастую сотрудники занимаются решением побочных вопросов. Даже посещение с уже готовым решением занимает более часа. Очень не профессионально, не клиентоориентировано. Потеря времени даже в простейших типовых операциях. Отвратительно. Очень печально, что их клиент.

В буфете хабалки, ложку не дали, чтоб съесть творожок из вкусвил автомата, хотя взяли кофе у них. Мусор выбросить некуда, отнес к кафе, так чуть обратно его не всучили со словами, это не наш мусор.

Имею большой опыт контактирования, с Банками разных городов, стран. По 5-ти бальной шкале МКБ оценю так: Скорость обслуживания на 3+ Грамотность персонала 3+ Вежливость персонала 4 Парковка 2 (есть только вечно занятая платная) PS Сам в прошлом банковский сотрудник

Пишу этот отзыв прямо из очереди на выдачу карты. Прождал приема операциониста почти два с половиной часа. Касса работает всего одна, и та закрыта на "технический перерыв 10 минут". Если вы помните старый Сбербанк с бабушками и тетушками, оплачивающими "электросвет" и "за квартиру"-- это все ерунда по сравнению с данным офисом МКБ. Здесь царит совочий совок. Не ходите сюда. P.S. Пока сидел в очереди, наслушался историй про этот банк. Одному парню, отказав в кредите, уничтожили весь пакет поданных документов вместе с какой-то очень важной справкой. Другому насчитали лишних процентов по досрочно закрытому кредиту. Женщина обнаружила на давно закрытой и разрезанной карте долг 18000 р. Цирк на Цветном, одно слово.
