Зачётные бургеры! Забегали с семьёй, взяли чизбургер, цезарь бургер и бри! Все 3 бургера изумительные! Но бри бургер это просто фантастика! Так держать!

Не ведитесь на большой вес бургеров! Сделала заказ 01.05.2020. Привезли 4 бургера и 2 картошки, решили проверить их вес. В итоге недовес по КАЖДОМУ БУРГЕРУ БОЛЕЕ 100 ГР! И по всему заказу недовес составил более 500 гр! Картошка должна весить 150 гр, а со стаканчиком вес был 100-110 гр. Позвонила в ресторан, дали телефон менеджера Андрея Шаврина. Он сначала сказал, что уточнит в ресторане, потом начал врать, что у Деливери Клаба не изменили вес на сайте, я спросила сколько должен весить бургер. Назвал тот же вес, что и на сайте Деливери и на оф. сайте ресторана. Решил попробовать меня обмануть. В итоге перезвонил и сказал, что ресторан у них в «режим экономии» перешел – люди сидят дома и вынуждены заказывать еду и ресторан MEAT лав решил навариться на этом! Обманывают потребителей, подставляют Деливери Клаб, в котором тоже теперь заказывать не хочу после такого. Генеральный директор ресторана Церковников Вадим Вадимович видимо в курсе, что у них «режим экономии»? И что его менеджеры предлагают в качестве компенсации (даже не извинившись) заказывать еще раз в этом ресторане и ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНО УКАЗЫВАТЬ, что я хочу получить блюдо, которое СООТВЕТСТВУЕТ информации на сайте. Направляю дополнительно жалобу в Роспотребнадзор так как нарушены права потребителя (на что менеджеру тоже было наплевать, когда я ему это сказала).

В 8 часов вечера заказал доставку на 22:30, сейчас 23:59 и заказа до сих пор нету. Уроды конченые, даже позвонить не смогли.
