Ранее пользовалась услугами этого магазина, все было удобно и четко, делаешь заказ, звонок менеджера, приезжаешь , забираешь. Но вот уже второй раз просто безобразие. Сделала заказ, никаго звонка, приехала в магазин, где мне сказали , что до вас не дозвонились и заказ не готов. Лож, никто мне не звонил, пропущенного звонка нет.Сделала заказ а четверг, чтобы забрать в субботу до 12-00. Приезжаю в магазин там два полусонных продавца, называю номер заказа, а в ответ слышу , что заказ на пути к магазину, будет не раньше чем через час, и при этом продавец нагло мне врет, что мне звонили, но у меня было занято. Писала на сайт продавцу , полный игнор. Буду искать более обязательного продавца.

Нет ценников в самом магазине от слова совсем. Делала несколько раз заказ. В последний раз заказывала чёрный жирорастворимый краситель и он был в наличии. Договорились, что я заберу через день, но когда пришла (а это было через день), его успели продать. Как так? Зачем так делать? Как то брала коробку 30*30. А у меня двухъярусный торт свадебный с подложкой 26см. Так оказалось, что мне коробку положили 26 см. Естественно, пришлось её ломать, так как я заказ отдавала в 6 утра и уже не откуда было взять другую. Получилось очень некрасиво и пришлось извиняться и краснеть. Ещё брала коробки и подложки. Благо проверила наличие всего сразу в магазине, потому что 50% не доложили. Ходить или нет - решать вам. Но всегда проверяйте наличие всего и цены прямо там. (Цены только на сайте есть).
