Общежитие весьма удовлетворительное, есть как минусы, так и плюсы. + вы всегда можете оставить заявку на любой вид ремонтных работ, и персонал поможет вам (бесплатно) + коменданты адекватные, всегда помогут разрешить какую-либо ситуацию + отличная цена за проживание + хорошие охранники и в целом дисциплина, беспредела в общежитии не творится + комнаты не перенаселяются, если рассчитана на 3 человек, 4 там жить не будут + на первом этаже есть магазин/бистро с товарами первой необходимости - бич домов с мусоропроводом: тараканы (но вы можете регулярно писать заявки на обработку комнаты от них бесплатно) - в некоторых комнатах старые окна со щелями, холодно и дует - ограниченное время посещений для гостей: очень позднее начало с 14 до 22 часов Сейчас идёт ремонт, надеюсь, что здание полностью облагородят изнутри (а не только первый этаж), т.к. пока что коридоры угнетающе обшарпанные.
