Нервный и грубый персонал. Были несколько раз, каждый раз на кассе проблемы с кассирами, либо вообще нет никого, либо есть но ругаются друг с другом, говорят на повышенных тонах. При мне ругались на клиентов когда те вспоминали что забыли взять сигареты. Покупали кусок пиццы, после того как упаковали, попросили подогреть, продавщица стала ругаться что мы сразу не попросили, стала хамить. В итоге пицца оказалась холодной и невкусной. Немыслимо плохой сервис для магазина с такими ценами. Каждое посещение стабильно портит настроение обращением персонала, какой-то колхоз. К сожалению, альтернатив поблизости мало. Не советую ни кафе внутри ни сам магазин.
