Не понравилось, не получили то, зачем пришли, а заплатили больше, чем где либо. Прием был у офтальмолога. Не рекомендую!

Были записаны с ребёнком к врачу гинекологу Анищенко С.С. 21.09.26, в итоге в место нас взяли другого человека , на что врач ответила спокойно , либо ждите ( а это минимум 40 мин) либо делайте возврат ! Мы ехали с другого района по пробкам, ребенка отпросили с уроков! Почему администраторы не предупредили заранее ??? Очень разочарованы в работе администраторов и самого врача! В итоге оказалось , когда мы проводили оплату перед консультацией , та женщина, которая должна была на наше время проводила оплату у другого администратора рядом. Мы оплачивали вместе, как так? Администраторы не видят записи??? Или запись в разнице 5 мин это нормально?

В этот день у врача возникли технические проблемы с оборудованием, из-за чего приёмы сдвинулись и образовалась значительная задержка.
