Будьте осторожны с этой оптикой! У меня очень плохое зрение, очки меняю раз в 1,5-2 года. Остаться без очков для меня это страшно, что и произошло со мной в этой оптике на Глушко, 15. Заказала в этой оптике сложные очки, оплатила, сразу всю сумму 13500 грн. Очки нужно было ждать. Очки пришли, муж их забрал. Я была в отъезде, как приехала померила их. Мало того, что линзы очень плохого качества, искажают увиденное, зона для чтения вообще не рабочая, так на правой линзе - царапина. Ходила проверяла и рецепт и царапину в Люксоптику, чтобы не быть голословной. На Глушко, 15 были не скрывали своего недовольства, что я пришла с их очками, менять не хотели( Я слезно просила, как то решить этот вопрос, так как собиралась опять уезжать и остаюсь без зрения(очков), за свои же немалые деньги. Очки забрали, через время они, якобы пришли с новыми линзами. Но царапина осталась там же, и зона для чтения не читабельна(((( Мало сказать неприятно, остаться и без очков и без денег!

Очень хотелось бы пообщаться с руководством магазина. Сначала все было прекрасно, к тому моменту как я получила очки с защитой от синего света, от которых очень болят глаза, работать у них невозможно, 3 тысячи гривен в мусорку!!! Дуже хотілось би поспілкуватися з керівництвом цього магазину. Спочатку все було чудово, до того моменту як я отримала окуляри з захистом від синього світла, від яких дуже болять очі, працювати в них неможливо, 3 тисячі гривень у смітник!!!
