Не регламентированный обед в разгар рабочего дня. Дверь закрыта. При мне развернулся ещё один клиент. Висит телефон, по телефону девушка отвечает, что у нее обед и просить подождать минут 10-15. Не встречал такого подхода к делу уже много лет.... Оказывается такое ещё существует. При этом в офисе "работает" ещё прием и выдача посылок, естественно получить их невозможно.

Т.к. обед не регламентирован, а оператор - тоже человек, то при естественных потребностях человека (поесть, сходить в туалет..), оператор отходит и оставляет записку с номером телефона, чтобы быть на связи и подойти как можно скорее, надеясь на понимание клиентов.
