Строго регламентированный перерыв сотрудника - огромная ошибка руководства! Во всём цивилизованном мире существуют листочки и ручка для написания номера телефона отошедшего на перерыв человека. Сотрудник не может отлучиться вне перерыва, простите, по нуждам, а если клиент приехал в 13.28, то ему откажут в обслуживании. И никого не волнует что человек единственный день находится в городе, ждет свою посылку и имеет кучу дел помимо «подождать полчасика» Успехов вам во всех начинаниях🤦🏻‍♀️
