Отвратительное отношение к людям,позвонила узнать статус заявления,т.к. сайт 2 день висел и просмотреть он лайн не удавалось.При звонке на горячую линию и связи по внутреннему номеру 53459,хамовитая женщина сразу начала отсылать на сайт,объяснила ей что не могу посмотреть,поэтому и звоню(тем более что этот номер указан для связи по всем вопросам).Рявкнув что ей нужен номер заявления после каждой озвученной мной цифры орала что не слышит и вообще у нее обед!!!Желаю ей на своем пути встречать таких же как она "вежливых" и "доброжелательных".

16 апреля, Маршрут 50 Звёздный городок - Питомник. На станции Щёлково в 7 20 водитель требовал оплатить проезд наличными до Фрязино, тк его терминал не принимает мою карту стрелка. Карта исправна, не заблокирована и на ней есть деньги. Я отказалась платить, сказала поеду бесплатно. Водитель начал хамить, требуя выйти из маршрутки. Шантажировал, что никуда не поедет. Номер маршрутки 50 водителя хама,А530750. Как найти управу на таких людей?
