Продают товар низкого качества. Купил зонтик, пользовался 2 раза, на третий раз подул ветер и металл каркаса лопнул. Заплатил что-то около 800 руб, коту под хвост.

В вашем магазине на мою просьбу заменить тестер духов т.к. он закончился,товаровед 30.05.2019 грубо заявила.что тестеры меняются в определенное время и сейчас оно не подошло.Очень несолидно в таком магазине лишать покупателя возможности выбрать товар.Прошу пересмотреть график замены тестеров для удобства покупателей, а не магазина.

В который раз зарекаюсь не ходить в этот магазин.Наглый и беспардонный персонал. Вчера совершала покупки, очень торопилась, когда на кассе мне озвучили сумму покупки была удивлена, вроде бы рассчитывала на меньшую, но повторюсь, торопилась и чек не проверила.Когда вечером дома решила просмотреть чего же я такого накупила, то была крайне удивлена покупкой несуществующей соломенной шляпы.Девушка на кассе с недовольным лицом видимо решила приобрести за мой счёт себе шляпку, к сожалению я даже не ви дела ее в магазине.По этому не могу сказать, чтобы носила «эту» шляпку на здоровье. К слову сказать меня обманули на 569 рублей. Очень жаль, что у такого приличного бренда такой нечистый на руку персонал. Посоветую всем друзьям и знакомым обходить этот магазин стороной. – показать

Добрый день, Татьяна.К сожалению, в магазине МИНИСО никогда не было и нет позиции соломенная шляпа, поэтому в чеке невозможно было это указать. Обратитесь в магазин и Вам обязательно вернут деньги!
