Я работаю администратором в кафе. Месяц назад у нас установили новую систему пожаротушения — KS 2000, предназначенную специально для автоматического тушения пожаров в учреждениях общественного питания. Система недорогая и ее установка не занимает много времени. Кухня у нас довольно большая, оборудование старое, не все исправно, собирались менять. Недавно вечером, когда зал был полон гостей, на кухне вспыхнул огонь из-за разлитого масла. Обычной водой горящее масло не потушить. Среди сотрудников началась паника. Наш рабочий срочно обесточил оборудование. Детекторы системы пожаротушения сразу же среагировали на повышение температуры в кухне, образовался защитный слой пены, пламя удалось локализовать. Мы довольны работой системы KS 2000 и благодарны компании-производителю Minimax за спасение нашего кафе от пожара.
