Очень хорошее место для отдыха после работы! Но не смотря на цену, хотелось бы что бы в отеле была прачечная или стирвльная машина! А так всем рекомендую!

После посещения данного отеля остался только неприятный осадок. Останавливался в номере Стандарт с "Джакузи" Отдых-9, с 3 по 4 ноября. Номер бронировал заранее, 2 ноября. Сразу же меня встретил неприветливый администратор, который обрадовал тем, что моей брони нет, хотя звонил в тот же день и говорил, что опоздаю на полчаса. В итоге, номер был готов, но не полностью. Затем меня обрадовали тем, что цена, которая указана на сайте неверная и номер стоит не 2380, а 2800. Не стал долго этого выяснять и заплатил 2800. Кстати, обещали карту постоянного гостя, но не дали. После того, как попал в номер, началось все самое интересное. В самом номер находится душевая кабина, которая течёт после использования. Под потолком проходят какие-то канализационные трубы, которые не дают покоя, и которые постоянно шумят. Так же, в номере есть телевизор, который рябит, а так же к нему есть пульт в котором пора поменять батарейки. Что касается джакузи, так это не стоит такой переплаты. В комнате с джакузи стоял какой-то неприятный запах, а сама джакузи была грязной. В общем, обслуживание отвратительное, чистота оставляет желать лучшего, организационные моменты на нуле. Никогда больше не буду пользоваться отелями данной компании.

Шарашка совдеповских времен. Грязное белье и хамское отношение к посетителям. Книга жалоб превращена в записки сумасшедшего матершинника. Явно неконкурентный проект. Никому не рекомендую.

Администраторы хамло, у нас оставалось время полчаса, администратор прибежал долбил в дверь, сказала что у нас нет времени даже на туалет, улыбаться не умеют, только хамят особенно Елена, жесть а не отель
