Отдыхал 9 го апреля 2019года. Прекрасное место,чисто,комфортно и уютно! Особенно,администратор Оленька,очень добрый и светлый человек,кроме того она-украшение отеля,очень красивая женщина! И ещё,очень знает хорошо Москву и историю,ей бы быть экскурсоводом!!! В следующий раз с удовольствием остановимся здесь!

Прочитав Ваш отзыв,поехали с семьей в июне 19года. Нам бронировали,с пополам две женщины,одна к другой,направляя. В итоге,встретила заспанная администратор-Люда,которая слова путая и переставляя местами,не знала толка. И только скомандовала,деньги переводите моему начальнику.. всё остальное,без комментариев! Гости,это ужасное место,с его хозяином и обслугой,которая,хамски,отвратительно и грязно(очень грязно в номере)!!!! Так встречает гостей,ужасно!!!!!!

Хороший и чистый отель.вежливый персонал.хозяин сделал скидку.всем рекомендую.
