Пользуюсь доставкой около года. Сперва было все хорошо, но постепенно качество стало угасать. То картофель полусырой в блюдах, то нарушенная герметичность упаковки, последней вишенкой на торт стал заказ перед НГ почти на 10 000р, больше 50ти позиций. Курьер привез заказ, перегрузили пакеты ко мне в машину и я отправился встречать НГ на дачу с друзьями. 30 декабря вечером обнаружили, что не хватает 4ре супа, общей стоимостью на 800р, 31го конечно ни до кого дозвониться не удалось, а после праздников, мне ответили, что заказ передан полностью. Ну ну. Приятного аппетита, вам. Сейчас специально посчитал, мои заказы более чем на 70 000р и такое отношение к клиенту. Ну ок, удачи.

На самом деле я сперва удивилась, что у Милти на Яндексе настолько низкий рейтинг. Часто покупали их продукцию в стационарных точках. В целом, соотношением цена-граммовка-качество мы довольны. Но сегодня впервые решили заказать доставку. Так вот, настолько долго я не ждала ни одну доставку еды ни в одном городе мира! Прошло уже более ТРЕХ часов с момента подтверждения заказа, и он до сих пор не приехал!!! Дозвонилась до службы поддержки, по их просьбе мне перезвонил курьер. Говорит, ждать ещё 30-40 минут, потому что он сегодня работает один!!!! Какая жесть, интересно, когда люди ставят галочку "доставить блюдо горячим" и ждёт порядка 4х часов, каким ему его привозят??? Неужели, раз уж доставка платная, нельзя ещё одного курьера нанять??? Милти, сервис просто на нуле! Две звезды, а не одна, просто потому, что все блюда, которые мы у них пробовали были вкусными. Испорченное попалось только один раз, муж рядом с работой покупал. Один случай из ста - допустимо.
