Уже третий год моя мама проживает в этом пансионате. Тяжело видеть близких людей в немощном состоянии, особенно понимая, что таким людям нужна круглосуточная помощь и забота. А кто сейчас может такое себе позволить ? У всех работа, дела ,заботы. И пожилой человек зачастую предоставлен сам себе.. Я искренне благодарен Лии Рафаэловне и всему коллективу санатория за доброту и участие к нашим старикам , ведь они так в этом нуждаются. Пускай не все идеально, и конечно как и везде есть недочеты и сложности. Но вы в окно то гляньте, где и как мы с вами живем! Давайте попрбуем делать больше для других, а не для себе, и возможно что то поменяется в этой жизни. Давайте начнем с себя!

Ольга, мы стараемся делать комфортным проживание для всех постояльцев, чтобы они чувствовали себя комфортно и в обстановке приближенной к домашней, достигать этого не простая задача, но мы очень стараемся! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв!

Огромное спасибо всем сотрудникам пансионата за ваш нелегкий и благородный труд, за ваши добрые сердца. Прежде чем привезти мою свекровь Когтеву Зою Георгиевну в "Милосердие" мы пробовали пользоваться услугами сиделок, потом просмотрели несколько похожих мест в Подмосковье,но, к счастью, решили остановиться на этом пансионате. Всего за месяц здесь нашу бабушку поставили на ноги и вернули ей интерес к жизни. Спасибо! Вы лучшие!
